Junior Project Manager, Oak Ridge, NJ

As the Junior Project Manager at Lakeland Bank you will assist and support the Project Manager(s) throughout the project lifecycle. You will monitor work efforts, assign resources, delegate tasks and report progress to senior managers and various stakeholders. The Junior Project Manager will support the Project Manager and document all project-related assignments, issues and risks and assist with creating reports and presentations using a variety of office productivity tools. You will identify inefficiencies and communicate/coordinate with the Business Process Improvement area as well as collaborate with staff Bank-wide and outside vendors.
Supports Project Manager through all phases of the project from Initiation to Close
Monitor progress, assign resources, delegate tasks and report progress.
Ensure projects stay on track, meet deadlines, stay on budget and develop according to plan.
Collaborates with business units, clients, partners, software development teams and IT support organizations.
Deliver information effectively and efficiently, selecting the appropriate message for the audience.
Ability to track and report resource utilization, identify and break work down into discrete and measurable tasks, understand and follow priorities, understand dependencies, manage to critical paths, execute activities, prepare acceptance criteria.
Ability to identify complex problems and engage appropriate resources
Provide regular communication of project status while ensuring project milestones and stage gates are defined and met.
Improve project administration processes by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions.
Follow all detailed work plans that identify and sequence the activities needed to successfully complete technology projects.
Ensure adherence to renewal and upgrade schedule for company software programs and hardware
Bachelor's degree in such fields as accounting, marketing, business administration, etc.
1 year of Project Manager experience
Solid understanding of project management methodology
Excellent, effective written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent problem solving skills
Demonstrated mastery of Microsoft Office programs
Professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with all levels of staff
Excellent time management, multi-tasking and prioritization skills
Great collaborator with ability to focus on both the big picture and small detail
Scheduled Hours
Monday-Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
