VP - Project Manager, Oak Ridge, NJ

Duties
As the VP - Project Manager at Lakeland Bank you will responsible for the overall project life-cycle, beginning with project definition, gathering business requirements and through to project implementation. You will assist with maintaining information technology strategies through a team you will manage as well as researching and implementing technological strategic solutions throughout the project management process.
Responsibilities:
Completing tasks associated with documentation and project management for technology projects
Enhance the end user experience by streamlining demand/project workflows within the IT department and user community
Manage project roles and identify resource requirements
Define project deliverables (scope, use cases, tasks, etc.), provide reporting and insure delivery of quality projects.
Performing regular departmental activities including 24/7 on-call for project support and specific subject matter expertise
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Project Management Professional (PMP)
Four year college degree, preferably in accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, etc
Five years related experience and/or training
Three years related management experience
Change Management experience is a plus
Knowledge of FiServ, Citrix, LAN, WAN, VoIP, and/or VMWare would be a plus
Must be Bondable
Employment Eligibility
All Lakeland Bank employees must be bondable. FBI background checks are required to confirm eligibility for bonding.

Scheduled Hours
Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm plus on-call access when needed.



Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
