VP - Cash Management Sales Manager

Duties
As the VP- Cash Management, Sales Manager at Lakeland Bank you will be responsible for products and services for the commercial and middle market lending clients. You role will be to assist in developing business banking relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend client/prospect business calls with business development, commercial lending, and branch officers to source cash management opportunities
Meet with new commercial loan clients to ensure deposit accounts and cash management services are utilized.
Prepare all corporate Cash Management account analysis for business development, lending, and branch officers for client presentations
Direct and coordinate with team members to ensure corporate clients are placed on account analysis.
Review new and existing Business Account Activity reports to identify Cash Management opportunities and proper set up accounts
Review pricing of Cash Management and Analysis charges to ensure competitiveness as well as reasonable rate of return.
Review monthly Account Analysis reports and make recommendations to improve profitability and reduce waivers
Assist in preparation of all Requests for Proposals (RFP) for new and existing business clients
Perform other related duties as required or assigned
Requirements
Skills Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting, marketing, business management or finance plus 7 years related experience and/or training. 4 years related management experience
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong business acumen and excellent relationship management skills across all levels
Must be bondable
Employment Eligibility
All Lakeland Bank employees must be bondable. FBI background checks are required to confirm eligibility for bonding.

Scheduled Hours
Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, 40 hours per week.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
