Handle small projects, miscellaneous upkeep and other general maintenance duties given by supervisor or management. May also assist with mail room duties if needed. Requirements: Qualified candidate should have some the basic knowledge in the following fields: Painting, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical and safety practices. Must be reliable, detail oriented, well organized and work independently. Qualified applicant must work well with others and possess good communications skills. Must have the ability to follow up on projects/Tasks and must be confident in making sound decisions. Must be able to lift 75 lb and have the ability to climb ladders. Must be bondable. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
