Duties The AT - Service Now Administrator/Developer will fulfill the day-to-day execution of Application Administration/Development responsibilities of ServiceNow Applications. The primary objectives of this position are development, troubleshooting, code fix, maintenance, code deployment, upgrade, and performance tuning for multiple ServiceNow applications, including production and other environments. Key Responsibilities Provide administration, maintenance, application development, and technical support by using ITIL and ServiceNow's best practices on the platform. Develop scripts, workflows, and flows on the ServiceNow platform to automate tasks and integrations. Manage the complete lifecycle of production/sub-production environments including necessary configurations and integrations, application administration activities (operational, migrations, and upgrades). Analyze incidents to identify application and system problems and solutions in a timely and accurate manner. Assist in the troubleshooting of performance, integration, and user management issues by reviewing application and system logs. Assist in the maintenance and administration of user profiles including groups and role management. Develop procedures and scripts for monitoring and automation of manual processes. Engage with product engineering and support teams to troubleshoot issues and any planned activities. Maintain system documentation for configuration and troubleshooting of known issues. Work closely with other admins and teams to support the delivery of related tasks successfully. Develop best practices for administrative operations and enhancements based on lessons learned. Ability to think strategically, strong attention to detail, and excellent organization skills. Participate in Change Advisory Board meetings to understand deliverables and timelines for administration activities. Coordinate and execute go-live activities. Follow SOX controls and helps collect data for periodic review. Support requirement during off-hours and weekend support, when required. Requirements 3 years' experience with ServiceNow Application Development, configuration, and Administration. Understanding and experience of the platform including LDAP, Mid Servers, Service Portal, Automated Test Framework, Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, SLAs, SSO, Scheduled Jobs, Reporting, Notifications, etc. 5 years' information technology industry experience with a focus on Application Development/Administration using JavaScript Strong problem solving and data analysis skills. ServiceNow experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Request, Service Catalog), ITOM modules (Discovery), ITAM modules (Software Asset Management Pro), ITBM modules (Innovation, Demand, Project, Portfolio, Agile, Test) Facilities Management is a plus. Performed integrations with 3rd party tools using web services (REST and SOAP). Experience using and following SDLC methodologies with a focus on Agile/Scrum. Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Confident and able to multi-task and manage expectations in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities. Good understanding of ITIL v3 processes. High School diploma. Preferred Qualifications ITIL Foundation v3 or v4 certification Post-secondary degree or certification in Computer Science or related field Experience with SQL database technologies ServiceNow Certified System Administrator ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM 8 to 10 years of information technology industry experience with a focus on Application Development/Administration using JavaScript
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
System & Network Administration, Software DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
